Biography :
As a native of Charlottesville and lifelong resident of Central Virginia, Coy has a deep connection to the area. Although he lived outside Virginia at times due to service abroad, Central Virginia has always remained home. Coy brings a wealth of experience, having served in the United States Navy and the Virginia Army National Guard, and working over a decade with local and federal law enforcement agencies. Additionally, he spent over ten years with the National Ground Intelligence Center and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
As a Virginia Licensed Class Contractor, Coy is well-versed in all phases of residential construction, real estate buying and reselling, and farming/estate operations and management. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in management from James Madison University, Coy possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, offering a comprehensive understanding of client needs. This diverse background ensures the highest standards of service, making him an invaluable asset in facilitating successful real estate transactions.
